Strategic Partnership · Beside the CEO

A partner in the room where decisions are made.

We work beside the CEO and the key decision-makers. We see the whole company, help shape the decisions that move it forward, and stay until the result is in. Your team does the work. We stay beside it.

If a partnership isn't what you need, we'll tell you in the first session.

Leaders around a table, working through a plan

When CEOs call us

The want is where it starts. The need is usually underneath.

Almost every partnership begins with one of these sentences.

“Everything lands on my desk.”

What we usually find

Decisions have no owner below the CEO. The company runs on one person's time, and it can only grow as far as that time stretches.

“We grew fast. We never built a real organisation.”

What we usually find

Growth outran the structure. Roles, reporting lines and decision rights were never designed. They just happened.

“We sell a lot. We keep very little.”

What we usually find

The gap is rarely in sales. It sits in how the company is run: priorities, costs, and who decides what.

“Expanding feels risky. Maybe we should wait.”

What we usually find

The fear is often a missing plan. Without a clear growth plan, every step looks bigger than it is.

That's why every partnership starts with a diagnosis, not a proposal.

What a partnership is

A partner, not a visitor.

What we do

  • Sit beside the CEO in the decisions that shape the company.
  • Join the management meetings, so we hear what you hear.
  • Read the numbers and reports with you, and say what they mean.
  • Build the strategy and the major plans with you.
  • Prepare the terms of major partnership agreements when the decision calls for it.

What we don't do

  • Run day-to-day operations, or step in as an interim manager.
  • Produce operational reports from inside your teams.
  • Write job descriptions, procedures or detailed work plans.
  • Handle accounting or finance operations, or run training courses. We teach only when the work needs it.
Asking for one of these? Talk to us anyway.

People who ask for an extra pair of hands often need a clearer structure. People who ask for procedures often need a different way of looking at the problem. The diagnosis shows which one it is.

Where we work

Six areas. The diagnosis decides where we start.

No two partnerships cover the same ground. These are the areas we work on most.

01Strategy & growthWhere the company is going, and a growth plan that makes the next step smaller than it looks.
02Organisation & structureWho owns what, who decides what, and a structure that can carry the next stage of growth.
03Management teamA team that decides without waiting for the CEO, and meetings that end in decisions.
04Performance & salesWhere the effort goes and where the results come from, and closing the gap between the two.
05Financial clarityNumbers the CEO can read and trust, and decisions made on them.
06Major agreementsThe terms of partnerships and other agreements that change the direction of the company.

How we work together

Three phases. The last one lasts the longest.

We see the whole company. You decide where we step in.

  1. 1

    Diagnose

With the CEO and the key decision-makers. We look at the numbers, the structure and the people until the real need is clear.

  2. 2

    Set the direction

Where the company is, where it wants to go, and the few priorities that matter most.

Small enough to execute. Important enough to matter.

  3. 3

    Stay beside you

Your team carries out the plan. We stay in the decisions, read the numbers with you, and adjust the course as the company changes.

The whole picture

We stay informed on every major matter. A partner who only hears about problems when they arrive can't weigh a decision.

Agreed scope

Where we get involved, and where we don't, is agreed with you at the start and adjusted as we go.

Built for your company

What you receive is designed around your company. The rhythm and depth of the work follow your organisation.

Six months to start

Partnerships start at six months. Most partners stay for years.

What it looks like

The company grew. The structure didn't.

Illustrative example — drawn from situations we see again and again. Not a single client.
The want

The CEO asked for a new branch, and more people to run it.

What the diagnosis showed

Every decision still passed through one desk. Margins were thin, and no one could say which part of the business actually made money. Expanding now would have multiplied the problem.

What we did, together

We agreed with the CEO where we would be involved and where we wouldn't. We set the direction and a short list of priorities, redrew who decides what, and sat in the management meetings while the team carried the plan out.

What changed

The CEO stepped out of daily approvals. The management team stopped waiting for answers. And the expansion went ahead on a plan, not on hope.

The experience behind it

Built on years inside businesses.

Our founder spent about 25 years as a business owner and inside large companies. That experience is now how FardVisor works beside every CEO.

When strategy isn't enough

If the path needs something that doesn't exist yet, or goods from abroad, you don't start again with someone new. The same team takes it on.

An honest fit

A partnership isn't for you if…

  • you're not ready to change how the company is run.
  • you want someone to agree, not someone to say what they see.
  • you're looking for a short project. We start at six months.

Where to start

Start with a diagnosis.

One session. We listen, ask the questions that matter, and tell you whether a partnership is the right way forward. If it isn't, we'll say so.

The CEO and the key decision-makers attend the session.
